They have continually grown since their establishment and are now looking for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly team.In this Senior role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with zoning regulations and land-use requirements, mitigate risks and optimise project timelines and budgets.This role would suit a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience looking to join an award-winning consultancy with a variety of technically exciting projects and progression opportunities.The Role:

• Specialise in value engineering for commercial projects as an independent construction cost advisor.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure adherence to zoning regulations and efficient utilization of project resources.
• Assist with accurate budgeting and cost estimation throughout the project lifecycles.
• Hybrid working
• Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30

• Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
• Exposure to working within a consultancy
• Able to travel to sites across London
• Commutable to Barbican
