SCOPE OF WORK
Study, provide, manage and develop systems and software that serve Syria Civil Defense work.
TERMS OF REFERENCE
- Duty station: Turkey (Online)
- Line manager: Programming and Business Automation Manager
- Full-Time/Part-Time
Tasks and activities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define app features and requirements.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Adheres to the approved standards and policies in the field of cybersecurity and information security.
- Handles cybersecurity incidents and reports them.
- Performs other tasks assigned related to the nature of the job.
Qualification (Education/Work Experience)
A. Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Programming , or any related field.
- A proven experience for 3 years at least in mobile development.
B. Desirable:
- Master Degree.
- A proven experience for 5 years at least in mobile development.

Technical Competences:
- Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with 3+ years of experience in mobile development.
- Proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and Firebase.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred to have:
- Experience in native Android or iOS development.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
