As a Senior Product Manager in the Microsoft Teams Platform organization, you’ll design the next set of developer tools to prepare Teams for a future of A.I. enabled agents. This opportunity will allow you to build developer-facing APIs and SDKs for agents, partner closely with large developer organizations, and define the future of collaborative agents on Teams. This is a flexible work opportunity to work from home and/or the office. ResponsibilitiesYou will drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas. You’ll also identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.You will help define a feature set and facilitate mid-level usability reviews with customers. You’ll own the roadmap for multiple feature areas, and will collaborate with a partner team to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.You will scale Product Marketing teams by helping build marketing, roll-out, and customer support plans. You’ll also promote the feature areas you worked on and present at large events.You will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in targeted areas. You’ll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers.
