We’re seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility collaboration program supporting a DoD customer. This initiative is focused on enabling secure information sharing between U.S. military and international coalition partners.
This is an opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role where you’ll drive execution, influence senior stakeholders, and shape the future of secure collaboration across complex environments.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the program roadmap and execution for a large, complex DoD collaboration platform
- Lead and synchronize cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders
- Partner with senior government leadership to align priorities, strategy, and outcomes
- Drive delivery by managing milestones, risks, and performance metrics
- Ensure successful implementation of secure, scalable collaboration capabilities supporting coalition operations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of DoD program management experience, leading large or complex efforts
- Proven ability to work directly with government stakeholders and senior leadership
- Active Secret clearance (with ability to obtain Top Secret)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting DISA or enterprise-level DoD environments
- PMP, Agile, or similar certifications
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and modern delivery frameworks
Compensation: $160,000+
