Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, you’ll continuously be scoping out new solutions to support the EU ATS culture and employee experience, in particular you will help bring the EU ATS Vision and Mission to life and tell the story of what it is like to work in EU ATS, as well as reinforce the Day 1 mentality. As part of this, you will develop employee engagement resources, best practices and tools for people managers.   • Collaborate with senior leadership, partner teams, and our Vision & Mission champions to develop engagement programs and events to drive adoption of the EU ATS Vision and Mission, key messages, behaviours, and reinforce the Day 1 mentality.
  • Execute EU ATS-wide employee experience initiatives, including developing toolkits and assets for our people managers, influence and align multiple stakeholders, define project plans, assemble resources, manage implementation activities, develop all processes associated with program roll-out and ongoing support.
  • Build a multi-channel content strategy, including tactical execution, producing varied content for internal channels and the Amazon Transport and Logistics LinkedIn page) including success stories, videos, and news stories
  • Establish best practices, voice of the employee channels, analytics, and reporting
  • Work closely with partner teams such as Operations Internal Communication, PXT, Learning and Legal
  • Communicate effectively to EU ATS teams to drive adoption and feedback collection around programs and activities
  • Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to identify engagement opportunities, and initiatives for improvement.
  • Set goals, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.
  • Ensure a high bar of employee experience for engagement related activities

A day in the life
As a Senior Programme Manager, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programmes on the EU ATS culture and employee engagement, helping tell the story of what it is like to work in EU ATS. You’ll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan.

– Employee Engagement Subject Matter Expertise – Understanding of best-practices, latest trends, and research
– Relevant experience in managing large-scale culture and employee engagement programmes or projects and events
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Relevant experience communicating with and influencing a range of different stakeholders including senior management
