Senior Project ManagerHybrid Working – 2 days a week in Hampshire officeUp to £70,000 + BenefitsCPS Group is proud to be partnering with a leading digital solutions provider who are searching for a new Senior Project Manager who can be accountable for delivering large, complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a consultancy who are not just about delivering projects but also driving innovation and transformations that shape the future of Enterprise IT. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, complex projects that have a tangible impact on a global scale.Key Responsibilities:

• Taking the lead on large-scale IT transformation projects
• Managing multiple concurrent projects whilst holding accountability for their success
• Drive the modernisation and consolidation of existing IT solution landscapes
• Serve as the point of contact for clients at strategic level and be able to provide financial and progress reports for complete project visibility
• Support the creation of a high-performing environment by promoting collaboration, providing effective mentorship, and inspiring team members

Candidate Skills/Experience:

• Direct experience in delivery management roles, with project teams of ten or more people and budget accountability of at least £1.0M
• Previous exposure to SAP systems and mainframe modernisation initiatives
• Experience delivering multi-large-scale application/systems modernisations and migrations
• Prior experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with is business process would be a great advantage
• Excellent communication skills at the senior management level
