We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from planning to completion. With over 15 years of expertise, you’ll ensure project success by managing design reviews, contracts, schedules, risks, and costs while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct contractibility and constructability reviews of design and tender documents.
• Oversee tendering processes, evaluate bids, and recommend contract awards.
• Manage project risks, costs, and schedules, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Inspect site work for compliance and resolve technical issues to advance construction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.

QualificationsQualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale construction project management.
• Expertise in scheduling, cost control, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• PMP or P.Eng. certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain secret clearance with the Canadian Government
