A Global Building & Project Consultancy is expanding and looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to join their Manchester office as they focus on growth and strengthening their regional presence.The Senior Project Manager RoleThe successful Senior Project Manager will join a fast-growing Building & Project Consultancy team in Manchester, contributing to a wide range of diverse, high-value projects. Joining one of the companies seven service lines, with over 240 people nationwide and 35 based out of Manchester.With a strong and varied project pipeline, including infrastructure, large industrial developments, commercial, healthcare, residential, and public sector work, they are expanding rapidly. They also have a growing presence in the private sector and are actively looking to build on this success.As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee project delivery from start to finish, managing commissions with values ranging from £4m to £200m. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you’ll ensure that projects meet objectives while adhering to time, cost, and quality standards.This role offers exceptional opportunities for career progression, with a clear path to senior leadership. • Must have previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Should hold a BSc/MSc in Project Management or a related construction field
• MRICS ideally (or MCIOB / MAPM)
• A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion RIBA 0-7 ideally
• JCT and NEC contract experience is highly desirable
