We are looking for a brilliant Senior Project Manager who can independently manage medium to large-scale projects. Working closely with Account Management, shares overall project financial responsibility and can successfully direct other project management team members. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects utilizing effective project management methodologies and create clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements and managing constraints.

What you’ll do

• Manage project scope, budget, and work plans to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with Account Management and clients to address evolving needs, including scoping changes and agreeing on new costs and timelines.
• Assemble and manage detailed specification documents and client communications. This includes overseeing the development of project goals and strategies and creating functional specifications for all projects.
• Maintain project profitability by communicating and managing budgets across the team. Proactively identify and address the need for internal or external change orders, while balancing client needs, team requirements, and operational KPIs.
• Leverage proven experience in an agency environment, including client interaction and project team leadership, to perform and manage effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Identify, prioritise, and manage project information flow. Communicate expectations to Account Management, clients, team members, and stakeholders. Oversee the process from assessment and definition through creative and technical design, production and development, testing, and launch.
• Present information effectively in both informal and formal client settings. Demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills, attention to detail, presentation and project management abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong facilitation skills.
• Maintain a good understanding of emerging web standards, and apply proven web experience and architectural knowledge, along with industry knowledge and technical aptitude, to drive performance marketing.

What you’ll need

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within a fast-paced agency environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An understanding of mission-critical environments and a creative, “outside-the-box” approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
