Business Consulting works with clients to reimagine or transform their business purpose and model; create growth; manage cost and efficiency; respond to market pressures and regulation; and resolve operational challenges. The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.
It has multiple fields of play such as:
Finance Consulting – helps assess and transform our clients’ finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.
Business Transformation – a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
Supply Chain and Operations – we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Project Management Expertise: Proficient in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation, with a focus on achieving outcomes aligned with government policies and objectives.
Sectoral Knowledge in TVET: Deep understanding of the TVET sector, including curriculum development, skill gap analysis, industry engagement, and the implementation of competency-based training programs.
Policy and Regulatory Acumen: Familiarity with government regulations, policies, and frameworks related to education, skill development, and vocational training, ensuring compliance and alignment with national and regional strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Expertise in analyzing data related to skills demand, employment trends, and educational outcomes, with the ability to generate insightful reports for stakeholders, including government bodies, funding agencies, and educational institutions.
Technology Integration in TVET: Knowledge of integrating modern technologies, such as e-learning platforms, IoT devices, and digital tools, into vocational training programs to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience
Project Management Experience (10 years+): Extensive experience in leading and managing large-scale projects, preferably within the public sector or in collaboration with government agencies, with a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
TVET Sector Experience (8 years+): In-depth experience working within the TVET sector, including roles that involve curriculum development, industry partnerships, skill gap analysis, and the implementation of vocational training programs.
Government Consulting Experience (5 years+): Significant experience in consulting for government bodies, particularly in areas related to education, skill development, and vocational training, with a deep understanding of government processes, policies, and stakeholder management.
Experience with Multi-Stakeholder Engagement (5+ years): Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, industry partners, and community organizations, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes.
Experience in Data-Driven Decision Making (5+ years): Experience in utilizing data analytics for informed decision-making, particularly in assessing the impact of vocational training programs, forecasting skills demand, and reporting to government and funding agencies.
