A successful Construction Consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager within their London team in response to growing workload within CAT B Office Fitout sector.The Senior Project Manger’s RoleThe Senior Project Manager will be working on both Residential and Office Fit out projects, ranging from up to £35m.The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project daily from start to finish. Conducting front-end due diligence work, pre-contract management, and phase-by-phase management of the construction process on-site.The Senior Project Manager Requirements

• Degree in relation to Project Management
• Previous client facing Project Management experience.
• MRICS
• Project Delivery Experience
• Previous experience working on CAT B projects
