Job Overview
The Sr. Provider Network Administrator is responsible for leading contracting efforts to achieve financial and other organizational goals. The Sr. Provider Network Administrator leads negotiations and collaborates with various teams to ensure providers meet regulatory obligations. This role is responsible for compiling and presenting information on progress, increasing brand awareness, and bringing in new providers. The Sr. Provider Network Administrator participates in the budgeting process and conducts data analysis to achieve cost savings. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration; or equivalent years of experience is required.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a managed care health care environment with experience in provider contracting, contract interpretation and internal operations of provider relations function required.
Compensation
$69,016.01 – $86,270.01 annually
