Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + benefitsCarriera is proud to partner with a project and cost management consultancy who predominantly focus on the super prime and high-end residential market across London, Europe and Carribbean.About the roleThe company is privately—owned and currently employs circa 20 project & cost managers who all enjoy working within the contemporary office environment situated in west central London.As a senior quantity surveyor, you will be working on some prestigious projects from client brief right through to delivery. The projects will be situated in London, Middle East and/or Caribbean hence there will be travel required as and when needed.RequirementsExperience working in the high-end residential sector is beneficialExperience within the built environment ideally with a multi-disciplinary/construction consultancyTrack record of delivering projects through entire life-cycleIdeally you’re a MRICS qualifiedHybrid role – 3 days in the office with 2 WFHApply
