A successful candidate will have extensive experience and a proven trackrecord recruiting positionsat all levels.Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding ofjob functions, requirements, and industry-specific skills as well as a proventrack recordin talent acquisition, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Qualified candidates willleveragecreative and effective talent acquisition strategies to source and develop robust, diverse candidate pipelines.OurSeniorRecruiter (Contract) will be able to handle a fast-paced environment with a high volume of recruitment activitiesandwho has a passion for finding top talent.
Location: We’re open to our SeniorRecruiter working in a remote capacity within the United States. Please note: if you live within55 miles of an office location, we do ask that you work in a hybrid capacity.
Contract Duration: Six months with opportunity to extend or convert to full-time based on business needs.
WhatYou’llGetToDo:
Partner closely and build collaborative relationships with leadership, hiring managers and HR Business partners to build a deep knowledge of the business and your client group
Build andmaintaindiverse talent pipelines
Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, plans and processes toidentifyactive and passive candidates, and attract the best people in the competitive market for talent
Facilitate and execute the full life-cycle recruitment process to hire Zayo employees
Consult with and guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process and provide theappropriate toolswhen needed
Drive recruiting activities to ensure a strong pool of qualified and diverse candidates for current and future openings
Screen and provide the best qualified candidates to Hiring Managers
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees
Conduct regular check-ins with Hiring Managers
Manage change with an ability to quickly course correct to meet the business needs
Ensure compliance with recruiting processes and recruiting KPI’s
WhatYou’llNeedToBe Successful:
Bachelor’s degreerequiredor equivalent experience
Minimum of 5(five)yearsofrecruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment or as an external recruiter
Prior recruiting experience within the Telecommunications industry preferred (a blend of agency and corporate experience is a plus)
Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level for positions of all levels
Experience sourcing active and passive candidates with a focus on the candidate experience and track recording for finding top talent
Experience with behavioral/competency-based interviewing and DOL requirements for interview questions
Workday experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with MS 365
Self-directed, highly organized with strong attention to detail, and able to complete time-sensitive assignments with composure and perseverance in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional written and oral communication skills to ensure accurate and effective conveyance of information; connect and effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organization
Estimated Base Salary Range: $50.00 – $55.50 USD/hour
