Project descriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-impact projects that drive innovation and value for our customers. In this role, you will foster a collaborative and high-performing environment by guiding teams to achieve their goals and continuously improve their processes. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives aligned with the clients strategic objectives.Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Practices: Serve as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. Team Leadership: Empower and mentor Agile teams, fostering accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team. Impediment Resolution: Identify and remove obstacles to enable the team’s progress, escalating issues when necessary. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on team performance, using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle times to drive insights and improvements. Agile Coaching: Act as a coach for the organization, promoting Agile best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and adaptability. Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks and dependencies that could impact project delivery. Scaling Agile: Contribute to the implementation of scaled Agile frameworks where applicable, ensuring alignment across teams and initiatives.

SKILLSMust have

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus. Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including leadership of multiple Agile teams. Proven success in delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Advanced certifications (e.g., CSP-SM, SAFe Agilist) are preferred. Skills: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
