Job Description

Seeking a highly experienced systems engineer to support space control ground systems through developmental and operational testing, mission planning, and technical analysis. This role provides advisory and engineering support to ensure mission success for classified space control programs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory and assistance support for Developmental and Operational Testing (test plans, documents, requirements, and data analysis)
• Coordinate and support system-level test integration and execution
• Deliver analytical and engineering support to developmental and operational space units
• Support mission planning, mission protection, and anomaly resolution
• Assist in data and signal processing, collection, storage, archiving, and analysis
• Contribute to post-mission analysis and reporting, as well as lessons learned documentation
• Support future concept development and testing efforts as required

Job Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience. 10 or more years applicable progressively complex systems design engineering experience,
• OR, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience. 13or more years applicable progressively complex systems design engineering experience,
• Demonstrated expertise in classified space control systems, including space, ground, and command & control (C2) elements
• Strong knowledge of space control-related technologies, such as electromagnetic spectrum operations, communications, and signal processing
• Experience in requirements development and space system acquisition management
• In-depth understanding of electronic attack technologies and system design integration
• Expertise in modeling and simulation, with the ability to develop models and evaluate technical performance
• Deep understanding of systems engineering processes for classified programs, including configuration control and Deficiency Review (DR) board execution and management
• Active TS, SCI eligible
