Work Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $70/HR to $90/HR
Security Clearance: Active Secret with an investigation within 5 years or CE enrolment or Higher. Previously cleared to Special Access Programs a plus.
Job Description:

• Uses computational methods and tools in a specialized field (strength of metallic and composite structures, finite element analysis, fatigue and damage tolerance, etc.).
• Responsible for establishing structural specifications and performing structural analysis on new designs of primary and secondary airframe structure.
• experience in stress analysis of subsystems and subsystems installations desired. Required experience with structural mechanics simulation software including NASTRAN and PATRAN.
• Experience using Altair Hyper Mesh as a pre-processor and TMP Vision for post-processing desired. Experience with CATIA V5/3DX highly desired.
• Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX operating systems.
• Candidate must be capable of interpreting detail, assembly, and installation type drawings and models.

Required Skills:

• Level 4 experience Required for the following skills.
• Airframe primary structure layout and sizing.
• Hand/Excel based analysis of aerospace structures.
• NASTRAN and PATRAN or Hyper Mesh.
• Catia V5.
• Familiarity with Slim, Vision, and IDAT and 3DX a plus.

Level: 

• Level 4: BS+16 YRS or MS+14 YRS.
