Senior Superintendent

With offices in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Ohio, Pepper Construction is a national general contracting and construction management firm that primarily serves the private sector. position Summary:

As Sr Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall direction of field operations, completion schedules, and labor budget outcome of their construction project, including any specialty department work. Safety is a core value at Pepper Construction and our Superintendents are expected to promote and exemplify safe work practices.

You will effectively direct and supervise Pepper Construction field team members and subcontractors on the jobsite to bring the project to successful and timely completion. Our Superintendents establish a positive and collaborative working relationship with the members of the project team (Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors).

Major Responsibilities:

• • • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, preferred
    • 15+ years or more experience in a field supervision role
    • 9+ completed projects, run independently
    • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
