Senior Support Programmer

We need your talent! Waters Corporation is currently seeking a Senior Support Programmer to join our Clinical LIMS team based in Golden, Colorado.

Our team understands the value of their work in the real world. Our market leading Clinical LIMS product, OMNI-Lab, is used in hospitals around the world to support Newborn Screening programs.

As a Senior Support Programmer based in Golden, Colorado, you’ll be helping us build the functionality that our customers need to ensure the health of newborn babies.

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Support Programmer with a talent for building and providing customer support for quality software solutions. You will workin a fast-paced, agile environmentand engage in technical discussions, participate in technical designs, demonstrate problem-solving abilities, and present and share ideas through global collaboration.

The meaningful work you will be asked to lead:

Apply advanced technical and Application knowledge in the design, implementation, evaluation and customer support of Waters Clinical LIMS products

• Provides technical expertise in Clinical LIMS products to colleagues from across the organisation and customers.

• Resolve complex issues interacting with customers as a trusted consultant.

• Support technical and training activities for customer implementations and upgrades

Abilities that will help you be successful:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years’ experience designing, building, and supporting complexlarge-scaleapplications/platform(s) and/or solutions

Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Intersystems Ennsemble/IRIS
• Experience in developing software for the Clinical and Healthcare market*
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Substantial commercial development experience in a relevant programming language (MVC, DHTML, CSS, Javascript, Intersystems)
• Experience in a customer support role
• Technical experience, allowing you to make progress on your own

The general base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year to $177,000/year. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
