- MRICS and a Registered Valuer.
- Keen to progress and development your skills and knowledge. This could be a promotion for you, or you could be a Senior Surveyor already and looking to join a team where you can work to promotion to the next level.
- Excited to work on different projects with different people within the Development Consultancy team and into the wider WSP business.
- Providing Development Consultancy advice to our clients.
- Completing red book valuation reports.
- Providing Financial Viability Assessments and Reviews for planning viability reports.
YOUR TEAM
- You will join the Housing & Viability Team which is in turn part of the Development Consultancy team and report to the Development Director.
- You could be working with Homes England, housing associations, local authorities, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, internal teams and private sector clients.
- The Development Consultancy team is 10 strong and growing. This means that you’ll get the opportunity to work on a variety of instructions with Directors in the team.
- In the first three months of the year alone, we have won the following instructions:
- A consortium in Birmingham has appointed the team to look at the development of an energy offer and developing site specific projects on investment, influence and infrastructure within an area of the city;
- Homes England has instructed a multi-disciplinary team to provide advice and recommendations on how to promote a site with the Development Consultancy team providing a housing market review
- The Housing and Viability team are working with the Land Team on land which may be subject to a CPO establishing the development potential and establishing the sites value.
- You will be based in our Chancery Lane office in a central location close to great transport links.
- You will be working with different clients on a variety of different jobs with the ability to grow and build links into the wider WSP business. No two days are ever truly the same!
