JOB PURPOSE

An exciting opportunity to join our successful Prime & Central London Residential Development Sales & Consultancy team at JLL.

We are looking for a confident, highly motivated, and dynamic individual to join the Prime & Central Residential Development Sales and Consultancy team based at our London Head office on Warrick Street. This individual’s role will focus on providing strategic and consultancy advice to a range of clients aimed at bringing forward Central London new build developments for sale. The role will also encompass taking accountability for the delivery of sale targets and driving sales through the life cycle of new homes developments through our UK and Global sales networks.

The role requires a good track record of experience in this sector, with a strong skillset in driving sales, and in consultancy and report writing, including pricing developments, creating strategy reports, and market analysis. You should also have pre-established client relationships from developers currently working within Central London.

The role will be a fun, exciting and varied day to day role, and you will be reporting directly to the Head of Prime & Central London new homes.

Key Activities

  • Understand clients’ requirements and expectations and help deliver those requirements through delivery of best advice.
  • Successfully manage new homes projects, taking full ownership and accountability, through their life cycle, driving sales consistently through our UK and global sales networks, and providing continuous strategic advice.
  • Maintain full working knowledge and understanding of changing markets: both UK and International
  • Work with clients and colleagues to agree the scopes of services and ultimate desired outcomes – including sales forecasting, feasibility and viability.
  • Advise on, implement, and manage project strategy and sales plans, with a requirement to respond to changing market.
  • Attend all client’s events, as well as sales & marketing, and consultancy meetings.
  • Work closely with Head of Prime & Central New Homes, and the UK & international marketing teams to create and maintain project-based budgets including media schedules.
  • Provide advice and help shape all required sales and marketing collateral for different projects, and advise on branding, marketing suites and show apartments.
  • Provide where necessary, consultancy advice on key design features.
  • Preparing pricing exercises for new build projects and advising on how to optimise value where possible.
  • Sales and release-pricing strategies for specific campaigns.
  • Prepare market update reports and provide clients with key research documents.
  • Manage and maintain constant client reporting and attend all project meetings.
  • Preparation and presentation of team briefings ahead of launches.
  • Liaise with third party vendors (design/marketing, PR, media etc) to deliver effective collateral delivered on time
  • Work closely with JLL teams and team heads to ensure cross dissemination of information effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor offers, reservations and exchanges and ensure relevant systems are up to date.
  • Ensure timescales are achievable and tasks are met and completed in a timely fashion

Team Marketing and Business Development

  • Assisting on and participating in the pitching process for new instructions
  • Sourcing new client and development opportunities
  • Work with the residential development marketing team to ensure research and social media calendars are up to date.
  • Cultivate relationships within the wider business to establish cross discipline links and referrals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential developers throughout the UK
  • Ensure filing and compliance strategies are met and adhered to accordingly
  • Act as a mentor to junior members of staff

In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
