Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
Join our technology services team as a Senior System Engineer where you’ll play an integral role in maintaining systems, tools, processes, and infrastructure. Your expertise drives the delivery of our secure and highly functional platforms for our enterprise. Additionally, you’ll innovate solutions, providing valuable recommendations regarding network and systems design and operation.
What You’ll Do:

Day in the Life – Every day your focus will center around the infrastructure we require to enable our very customer-centric lines of business. This includes the configuration and setup of virtual and physical server environments, security appliances, and cloud-based solutions for access to vital business applications. More specifically, you will work with and around industry leading solutions from Cisco, VMWare, Microsoft, Dell, Palo Alto, Citrix and others as a member of our highly collaborative team.
What it Takes:

• 10+ years’ experience in IT Systems Engineering & Design
• Current Microsoft 365, Azure, Server certification(s) or equivalent experience
• Strong grasp of modern network fundamentals (L2 & L3 networking concepts, virtualization platforms, cloud and hybrid cloud connectivity)
• Technical proficiency with Windows-based systems, Citrix, VMware, and WebEx
• Expertise in security tools, processes, and procedure development
• Experience with Veeam, Palo Alto, Webex Platform, Azure/M365
• Ability to: communicate effectively (written and verbally), maintain confidentiality, work with speed and accuracy, grasp technical information quickly, multi-task and prioritize based upon department and corporate goals, think strategically, work independently and as a team leader.
