MTSI is looking for a talented Senior Systems Engineerto join our team. In this role you will get to provide technical support to the MDA Chief Architect’s Architecture Concept Validation office (MDA/CAC) in its mission as the single point of contact for wargame requirements development and analysis. The work is performed as part of an on-site contractor team at MDA facilities at the Missile Defense Integrations and Operations Center (MDIOC) on Schriever Space Force Base, CO.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide wargame and missile defense subject matter expertise to MDA/CAC in their role leading the development of MDA’s wargame event requirements and post-wargame analysis and reporting.
  • Provide practical wargame experience to shape the content of MDA’s wargame walk-up events, table top exercises and capstone events.
  • Provide expertise to MDA/CAC in wargame doctrine and best practices employed by the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (CCMD), Services and Defense Agencies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in a STEM field with 12+ years experience in missile defense-related or other DoD large project with specific experience in wargame development and execution, systems analysis, and engineering for defense-related programs.
  • Ability to plan and execute required support, develop clear and concise written products, and present wargame and missile defense technical matters to MDA senior leaders and MDA warfighter and international working group meetings in support of MDA/CAC.
  • Secret clearance
  • Willingness to provide 100% on-site support at the MDIOC
  • Willingness to travel, to include international locations
Desired Qualifications:
  • Active TS with SCI is preferred.
The pay range for this position is $150,0000/annually to $178,000/annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
