Senior Tanium Consultant

Skills Preferred 

• Mastering Tanium Systems Management, with a focus on Tanium Patch and Deploy Modules
• Implementing best practices for Windows installers, including in-depth knowledge of Windows server OS and registry
• Excelling in advanced troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis in networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS)
• Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Coordinating and communicating system changes across various teams, including network, OS, security, and application programmers
• Achieving expert-level proficiency in coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining sophisticated server/security automation workflows using Ansible, PowerShell, Python, and Batch

Experience Preferred 

• 5+ years of the following experience: hands-on Tanium experience, managing windows, and proficiently managing Linux servers.
• 3+ years of the following experience: handling Tanium Enterprise Endpoint Management in a multi-site environment with 1000+ nodes, Packaging and deploying applications using the Tanium Deploy module, and Scripting proficiently in PowerShell, Python, Batch, and command line.

Education Preferred 

• Possession of a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college
• Holding the Tanium Certified Operator (TCO) certification and/or the Tanium Certified Administrator (TCA) certification
