With 8-10 years of experience.

To be proficient with an Enterprise Commercial performance testing tool

A high level of proficiency in an Enterprise Performance Tools such as JMeter, Silk Performer or any other

It is essential that the candidate has performance or Load -tested on WEB application.

Having understanding on PostmanAPI test tools as required

Exposure to Selenium testing will be added advantage

Having experience in SQLany relational DB environment to validate the cases.

Understand the end-2-end software development lifecycle.

Tracking personal tasks allocated by a Test or Project Lead.

Guiding test team to write cases or solve technical issues arises during Performance test run or configuration

Writing and developing Test use cases into Testing Tools.

Collating and documenting testing requirements.

Installing and managing the configuration of Performance Testing Tools.

Designing Test Scenarios to meet documented test requirements.

Designing and preparing Test Data to support test requirements.

Collecting and reporting on Test Outcomes, including metrics and Status reports.

Adhere to client processes, standards and guidelines for project delivery.

(1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (2.) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects. (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.) To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
