A well-established, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Transportation Engineer / Project Manager to join its growing team in Mississauga. This is a standout opportunity for a licensed P.Eng. with strong leadership skills, a proven project delivery track record, and a solid network within Ontario’s municipal transportation space.What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage municipal and regional transportation projects through all phases—from Class EAs to detailed design and construction oversight.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, and risk.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, tenders, cost estimates, and permit applications.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, CAD staff, and junior designers.
  • Drive quality and process improvements across project teams.
  • Serve as the key liaison with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and approval agencies.
  • Prepare and contribute to proposals and business development efforts.
  • Take ownership of your work by signing and sealing project documents and drawings.

Experience That You Bring:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
  • 10+ years of experience in the design and delivery of municipal transportation infrastructure.
  • Proven background in planning, design, and construction of highways, arterial roads, local streets, and active transportation corridors.
  • Solid skills in quantity take-offs, cost estimating, and specification writing.
  • Successful track record of securing approvals from municipal and environmental agencies.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities across fast-paced projects.
