Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.What You’ll Be DoingAs a key member of the Service Charge Team within Home Ownership, you will play a vital role in the calculation and billing of Leaseholder Service Charges, ensuring both estimates and actuals are processed accurately and efficiently. Reporting to the Service Charge Team Leader, you’ll balance a varied workload to meet performance targets, working proactively to resolve cost disputes and support income collection.
