We’re on the lookout for a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join a dynamic and growing team based in Sheffield.The Role:As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT users, providing high-quality support and ensuring incidents and requests are resolved quickly and efficiently. You’ll work across a wide range of technologies and play a key role in keeping business operations running smoothly.What You’ll Do:

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate more complex problems to second-line support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a knowledge base.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a service desk or IT support role.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • ITIL knowledge or certifications are a bonus.
