Job Description:UST are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team in West Sussex, where they will be required to work on a rota basis (1 weekend per month)Shifts are· 7AM-3PM· 8AM-4PM· 9AM-5PM· 3PM-11PMA MIXTURE OF REMOTE AND OFFICE BASED.The knowledge, experience, and qualifications you need

  • Good with Microsoft-based operating systems, especially Windows 10
  • Experience of the Microsoft 365 suite, including creating and administering accounts
  • Experience of security tooling, beyond anti-virus protection
  • Knowledge, experience or a qualification in the ITIL Framework
  • Experience of processes to keep improving service

  • Experience as a service desk analyst
  • Experience of understanding customers, managing incidents and meeting business expectations
