Position Summary: Responsible for handling customer calls and gathering necessary information to schedule service appointment. Manage customer follow ups and give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Make outbound call to educate clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments. Ensure that customer needs are met while maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer and all company departments.Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant customer facing experience
- Comfortable with outbound calling
- Superior Customer Service Skills
- Professional communication: written and verbal
- Well-organized and the ability to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Expert ability at converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
- Experience in offering membership-based services
- Expert ability to respond to customer requests and resolving issues while promoting the brand
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Web-Based Software Navigation
