position: Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield is looking to hire a Service Dispatcher. The Service Dispatcher ensures that repairs and maintenance of vehicles are assigned in accordance with the Service Manager and the standards of the dealership. Responsibilities include:

– Controlling workflow through the Service department in an organized, timely manner

– Scheduling technicians, workshop time, and resources to achieve maximum productivity

– Monitoring and preserving effective time controls

– Communicating between Service Manager, Service Technicians, and Service Writers to ensure smooth repair process

– Providing detailed and accurate reports upon request

– Reviewing repair orders to ensure assigned work has been performed and completed properly, along with including proper paperwork

REQUIREMENTS:  Applicants need to be: outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast pace environment, and have a positive attitude. If you have automotive experience, can demonstrate leadership ability, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a clean driving record, stop in and apply TODAY!
