position:  The Boucher Group requires an Experienced Automotive Service Manager / Director for their Janesville campus. This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the largest and highest-grossing Service Departments in Southeastern Wisconsin. High CSI is a requirement. CDK experience is required; those with experience with any OEM are encouraged to apply. Must excel at handling customers, technicians, and lane management.
 
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years, and be at least 18 years of age. Drug testing is required.
