Atrium Healthcare has a great opportunity for a Service manager with experience and a background in supporting clients with learning disabilities.
The role includes:
·Day to day running of the service and its users
·Responsible for providing a high-quality service
·Coordinating referrals and assessments
·Participating in audits, care plans and appraisals
·Ensuring compliance in relation to CQC and all regulatory requirements
For this role, you will need to have:
·NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care
·Strong management and communication skills
·Experience within Learning Disability supported living / residential settingsSome flexibility will be required in this role, and you will be required to participate in the staff 24 on call system.
·Ongoing training is provided for the successful candidate
·Good career progression opportunities
Due to location of the home, you must be a car driver.

£30,000-£45,000 plus performance bonus
