Salary: £55,000-£65,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Car AllowancePertemps is pleased to be working with a fire protection contractor seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and develop their sprinkler servicing division.This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, operational oversight, and client management skills within the sprinkler/fire protection industry. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home, the office, and attend sites as required.The Role:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the sprinkler service department
• Oversee a team of engineers and coordinators, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered to high standards
• Ensure compliance with British Standards (e.g. BS EN12845, BS9251) and health & safety regulations
• Coordinate service contracts, site visits, scheduling, and reporting
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, providing excellent customer service and technical support
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline service delivery and grow department revenues
• Support commercial and estimating teams with quoting for remedial works and upgrades

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a service manager or operations management role within the sprinkler/fire protection industry
