Service Technician – Denver, CO

Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention, whether it is due to installation or manufacturing.
- Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
- Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
- Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products.
- Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
- Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
- Valid US Driver's License.
