Our Team is currently looking for a Service Writer / Truck Parts Customer Support Representative to keep up our level of commitment to customer service. We would like to talk with you! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Retail focus – Customer Relationship Solicit sale of new or additional parts or services. Utilizes computer system for updating customers on ongoing repairs in shop or field, processing service invoices to include warranty claims. Handle/resolve service-related concerns Communicating with customer in person, over the phone and using computer Greet and service walk-in front counter parts sales Strong Data Entry Skills Answer phone calls education and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Truck Parts background is helpful but not necessary Driver’s License is required CDL is a Plus PHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance. The associate must be able to read and write reports.
