MUST :

Eligible for High level Public Trust

7+ years of ServiceNow Development experience

Solid experience with ServiceNow architecture and design

Strong experience with ITSM and/or CSM modules

Experience implementing ServiceNow in a new deployment or major re-implementation

Experience designing workflows, automation, and service catalog structures

Experience with systems integration (REST/SOAP APIs)

Experience implementing role-based access and enterprise authentication (SSO/MFA)

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification is a plus

Bachelor’s Degree or additional years of experience”
DUTIES :

Ideal candidate will design and lead the implementation of a new ServiceNow helpdesk / ticketing platform

Define platform architecture, development standards and governance practices

Configure and deploy out-of-the-box and custom ServiceNow applications

Design data models, workflows, and service catalog structures

Establish role-based access control and security model

Develop and configure workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations

Build and support scoped ServiceNow applications

Configure ITSM/CSM modules and case management processes

Support platform operations, enhancements, and continuous improvement

Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning

Assist in release management and deployment activities
