Topics include: search; logical representations and reasoning, classical automated planning, representing and reasoning with uncertainty, learning, decision making (planning) under uncertainty. Assignments provide practical experience, in both theory and programming, of the core topics.Reference:Estimated course enrolment: 125 students per sectionEstimated TA support: one 60-hour TA position for every 30 studentsClass schedule: Tuesdays 18:00-21:00*Please note, the delivery method for this course is currently in-person. While there is a lot of room for creativity in course delivery, instructors will be expected to follow the basic content and style used by the faculty members who normally teach the course, and must get approval from these faculty members or from the Associate Chair for any substantial changes to the course content or assessment methods.
