The individual selected for this role will engage in a comprehensive one-year formal training program designed to equip them with the essential skills and knowledge required for the position of Sewage Planning Specialist 1. This will involve facilitating meetings with local agency personnel to discuss planning requirements, thereby establishing the necessary content, scope, and timelines for various projects. Additionally, the trainee will analyze growth and development forecasts related to sewage facility plans, taking into account the associated costs involved in the preparation of these plans.
