Job Summary
Reporting into the Production and Maintenance Supervisor, the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will be based out of our Milwaukee site and will be responsible for operational assistance as required in the shipping, warehouse, and production areas.

Responsibilities

• Load shipments on to vehicles for shipment of goods.
• Unload shipments from vehicles for receiving of goods.
• Assure accuracy of Bill of Lading and Packing Lists for Sales Order completion.
• Complete transactions in Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) to finalize shipments.
• Generate and complete necessary paperwork for shipments.
• Perform inventory activities as directed by Production and Maintenance Supervisor such as cycle counts, applying labels, inspecting product, acquiring samples, and other activities as directed.
• 50 lb lift requirements.
• Generate shop order paperwork and labels in ERP system for Production orders as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
• Receive Purchase Orders and Shop Orders into ERP system to put materials into stock.
• Oversee the receiving of raw materials and other miscellaneous material,
• Physically move received goods into the appropriate location.
• Physically move finished goods inventory into the appropriate location.
• Process UPS and FedEx small package shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

experience /Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 2-3 years of experience in all aspects of Shipping and Receiving
• Knowledge of computers and inventory systems
• Experience with IFS or SAP
• Knowledge of inventory procedures, input/output systems. E.g., Consuming raw materials as part of production.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
