SHIPPING CLERK – NIGHT SHIFT

Description

• Excellent work and attendance record
• Performs daily clerical duties such as but not limited to: making photocopies, answering the telephone, filing and sending faxes.
• Bill out all outgoing product trucks
• Write up all shipping logs
• Process all incoming product trucks into our inventory
• Examine all photographic pictures of the loaded trucks prior to departure from our shipping dock
• Performs various special tasks as assigned by the office manager and the shipping manager
• Enter production, rework, and inventory modifications into our internal database program
• Must be able to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
• Must be able to work overtime if needed
