Our client is seeking a bilingual Shipping Coordinator / Korean Language Liaison to support shipping operations and serve as the primary communication link between the company and a key customer site in Taylor, TX.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including shipment dispatch and tracking.

Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customer personnel, communicating in both Korean and English.

Work with customer staff to manage shipping priorities and operational needs.

Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records through data entry and reporting.

Provide customer service support and assist with issue resolution.

Occasionally travel to the company’s production facility in Manor, TX.

Qualifications

Fluent in Korean and English.

experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.

Strong data entry, communication, and customer service skills.

Professional, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
