PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry to hire a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring aviation equipment and materials are received, organized, and delivered with accuracy and efficiency. Your work directly supports operational success and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, unpack, and examine incoming shipments; verify accuracy against purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Prepare and deliver avionics equipment and materials to internal teams.
• Perform inventory stocking, cycle counts, and maintain organized stockrooms.
• Serve as a key interface with repair personnel and internal customers, providing timely product and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with facility teams on packing material needs and inventory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. independently and support warehouse operations as needed.
• Perform other warehouse duties and be available for overtime as required.

Qualifications You Must Have

• AA/AS degree (or equivalent 2-year post high school training) plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations.
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay Details: $22.74 per hour
