Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Temporary Siding Installer for a reputable local construction company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials).
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Work on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts as needed.
- Load and unload siding materials; lift and carry up to 50lbs consistently throughout the workday.
- Ensure work area is clean and materials are properly stored.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with siding installation or general exterior construction.
- Ability to read a tape measure and make precise cuts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physically fit – able to stand, lift, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Familiarity with different siding systems.
- Experience working on residential and/or light commercial buildings.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Start time typically between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
