Summary:
 Assist in producing finished signage within a timely manner of receiving the orders from the Sing Shop Manager. Vinyl applicators must be efficient in prepping final material, masking, and over-all layout. They must be able work with vinyl and various types of substrate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; pull, push, and carry objects; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reach with hands and arms; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to ten pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include, close vision, distance vision, depth perception ability to adjust focus, color vision, and peripheral vision.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Prepping final material , applies, and checks spelling of all vinyl prior to Application of sign blank.
• Prioritizes orders based on shipment dates and customer request dates.
• Assists in sorting orders between stock signs, custom signs, window vinyl, engraving, static cling, and magnetic.
• Notifies managers when materials need to be reordered to ensure that orders are expeditiously shipped.
• Works with silk screening to have all high volume signs screened to reduce cost of goods sold.
• Enters completed orders into the computer.
• Package completed signs to be shipped.
