Site Manager

First Coast Security Solutions provides security services nationwide. We are pleased to announce an internal opportunity for the position of Site Manager at LIMA (Salt Lake City, UT). We are seeking a motivated leader who demonstrates strong integrity, operational discipline, and the ability to maintain full compliance with contract requirements while effectively leading personnel.

Responsibilities

• Onsite management and supervision of the CIFSO contract.
• Assist with the development of exercises at site locations to test the response, knowledge, and competency of the CIFSO force and supervisory capabilities.
• Assist in preparing a documented after-action-review with corrective actions and lessons learned for exercises and real-world incidents.
• Inspect CIFSO personnel to ensure they have the proper serviceable equipment and uniforms necessary to perform their duties.
• Report equipment deficiency to the MST for corrective actions.
• Ensure the incident reporting policy is being followed.
• Must attend each CIFSO range days to provide additional assistance as needed.
• Must ensure that all assigned CIFSO are knowledgeable of the CIFSO post orders, policies, and procedures to include required the notification procedure/process.

Working Conditions

• Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move equipment or barriers up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
• May involve exposure to noise, bright lighting, and fast-paced environments.
• Must be available to respond to incidents and/or operational issues outside of standard business hours.
• Must be available to travel.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or site management experience
• Strong knowledge of security operations
• The ability to lead in a high compliance environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
