Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum plus car allowance, pension contributions, medical insurance and more
Start Date: ASAP/within 3 monthsA Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an organised and technically minded Site Manager to join permanently and assist the Project Manager with all on site requirements for project deliverability. You will be overseeing an exciting healthcare project comprising of external and internal works with responsibilities of customer relations, health and safety, quality assurance and program adherence.
This healthcare project will require a technically minded professional with previous experience working for a main contractor.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise all on-site personnel, including subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure that the project is delivered to the highest possible standard and meets all regulatory requirements.
• Proactivity in identifying and resolving on site issues before they become apparent
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.

What we require from you:

• Previous experience working with a main contractor (essential)
• Degree qualified or working towards a professional qualification. (beneficial)
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, SSSTS and First Aid
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of building regulations, health and safety regulations and procedures
• IT literate – Microsoft and Asta Power Project
