Role Purpose:

  • The Site Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the site team, ensuring the smooth operation of site-based activities. They play a key role in documentation control, compliance monitoring, logistics coordination, and communication flow between the site and head office

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage incoming and outgoing documentation (drawings, RFIs, permits, etc.)
  • Maintain up-to-date registers for documents, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and project requirements
  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including site access, onboarding, and
  • scheduling.
  • Maintain records of site inductions, training, and safety briefings.
  • Support timesheet processing, equipment logs, and material deliveries.
  • Assist in tracking HSE compliance documentation and certifications.
  • Prepare and submit regular site reports, including daily progress, attendance, and
  • logistics.
  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of site materials and consumables.
  • Track and log receipt of goods and ensure proper documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Serve as a point of contact for administrative queries and information dissemination.

Who we’re looking for

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
  • Familiarity with construction site operations and terminology.
  • Qualification in Business Administration or related field (desirable).
  • Experience with document control systems and project management software
