Job Overview:

The General Labourer assists with various manual tasks across different work sites to support operations. This role involves physical work, following instructions, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform a variety of manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging, loading, and unloading materials.

* Assist skilled workers and tradespeople as needed.

* Operate hand tools and basic machinery safely.

* Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.

* Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times.

* Help with site preparation and setup.

* Remove debris and manage waste disposal.

* Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* No formal education required; a high school diploma is an advantage.

* Previous experience in manual labor or construction is helpful but not mandatory.

* Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks.
