Social Media Coordinator

Asian Dispatch is seeking a dynamic individual based out of Delhi or willing to relocate with a keen interest in the media ecosystem to lead the social media department of this pan-Asian network and newsroom. This role is an ideal fit for someone with an interest in promoting important stories to a pan-Asia audience.

Asian Dispatch is open for pitches! If you have a story that investigates structural issues in your home country, has a news peg and includes unique access, we want to hear from you. 

We accept reported stories, interviews or profiles of prominent figures, and reported analysis of current news. Our reporting is geared towards Asian audiences so we appreciate sources or expertise located in the region. We also welcome multimedia storytelling, including video explainers or short video reportage. 

Write to us at [email protected] with ‘Pitches – [Title of Your Pitch]’ in the subject line. In the email body, introduce yourself and write a brief pitch (no more than 500 words) with a tentative title, status of access, deadline and word count.
